Não é incomum ver uma releitura para pinturas clássicas, como na série de Personagens da cultura pop em quadros de Van Gogh e Monet. Mas fica ainda mais divertido quando você adiciona monstros e criaturas gigantescas destruindo tudo! Em The Ancient Kaiju Project, o artista Oliver Wetter traz os Kaiju (como são chamados os monstros japoneses), como o Godzilla, para reviver momentos das obras de Albert Bierstadt, Herrman Herzog e Thomas Moran. Como bônus, o criativo também acrescenta o AT-AT de Star Wars e o Castelo Animado do Hayao Miyazaki.
